Maintain knowledge of Company and PRS business, products, services and operating model in order to effectively engage and influence external stakeholders
Further expand and drive the marketing strategy, content platform and campaign assets developed to date to target financial institutions and advisors, for example, by developing segmented strategies or new content for current platform
Assume responsibility for PRS s existing relationships with financial institutions and craft a strategy to maximize value from them
Identify opportunities to hone in on segments of financial advisors and tailor our marketing strategies towards those segments resulting in a prioritized pipeline
Identify creative opportunities to engage and convert financial advisors into business partners.
Continuously monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to develop and refine PRS positioning
Coordinate the introduction of these firms to local Company sales teams and serve as a strategic partner for Company s sales team to drive firm engagement in all regions and at all levels
Assume ownership for and manage new and ongoing relationships with financial institutions and advisors to ensure PRS adds value and optimizes the relationship
Build a reporting mechanism to evaluate the firms relationships such as number of referrals, number of quotes and amount of business written
Train and educate the Company sales team regarding firm-specific details
Provide ongoing feedback on firm relationships
Maintain a calendar of events for all firms
Coordinate conference planning and related activity
Conduct periodic face-to-face meetings with key partners nationally (estimated 20-25% travel or as needed)
Competencies
Deep understanding of the financial planning marketplace, products, tools, technology and competitive landscape
Experience in developing end-to-end marketing strategy
Experience in producing multimedia marketing platforms and multichannel marketing campaigns targeting financial institutions and financial advisors
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills to all levels of management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent job experience
8+ years of experience in product and field marketing financial services, preferably in asset management or insurance
Preferably experienced in relationship management with financial institutions as strategic account manager or an active member of account teams as marketing representative or leader
