Today's companies are experiencing unprecedented change as they transform how they target and engage customers around their brands, products and services and experiences. Marketing in a digital world requires us to connect all the elements of the brand promise that touch customers - across communications strategies driving brand marketing and performance-based efforts, the enterprise decisions that interface with customers such as product strategy and pricing, and of course the customer experience itself. As part of the Marketing practice at EY, you'll help leading companies undertake Marketing Transformation, enabling them to see their customers holistically across all channels; activate strategies using leading edge technologies, work across their brand management and marketing organizations effectively, and drive their external ecosystem of suppliers to help them have customer impact and drive growth. In a world where the customer experience is fragmenting across multiple form factors, venues, and devices, infused with next-gen interfaces and driven by data, we must transform our marketing approaches to be effective and efficient, transitioning marketing from a cost - to an investment.
With rapid changes in the marketing and customer experience ecosystem, we are focused on building smart experiences for brands that use data and technology in balance with creativity and voice. We focus on companies' growth agendas, whether they are thinking about transforming marketing, optimizing sales and service or evaluating the product and pricing strategies. But in a design-thinking world, we have to walk the walk in the way we communicate with our clients. We are looking for that hybrid designer-producer-storyteller that can express our ideas both strategically and creatively.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this designer/producer role, you will work with our client-facing teams to help them express their ideas in the most impactful way possible. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you'll deliver innovative high-quality work products that communicate clearly and memorably to truly differentiate the EY brand. As a Senior design consultant, you will work as part of a broader team working with CMOs and agencies to drive the Customer agenda.
